But nothing says Spring to me more than bulbs sprouting, and when I was lucky enough to buy a small bunch of the flowers they would soon be sending forth I was delighted, lovely blue Muscari or Grape Hyacinths.
So here we have a real before and after, all wrapped up in blue and white.

Blue and white - perfect. I have hyacinths blooming in my kitchen, and I can smell them around the corner and up to the top of the stairs. Dreaming of spring...
