Meet Angela Rippon, a miniature rose with the most perfect old fashioned rose type blooms, each one just over an inch across. The whole plant is about five inches tall.
I thought she looked like a little rosy cupcake in her scalloped planter.

The best things come in small packages.
My grandmother used to say that and she was only 4ft 10 1/4" tall......the 1/4" was very important!!!
